The Artist sells the Commission to the Client at a previous agreed value.
Two payment methods:Full payment: needs to be made upfront to start with any type of commission.Half/half: reserved just for loyal old clients with previous +3 commissions.NOTE: All prices are specified as American Dollars (USD) and in Chilean pesos (CLP).DECLINE
The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason (however, the Artist will likely explain reasoning for decline out of courtesy).CANCELLATION
The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior or a breach of these Terms of Service.COPYRIGHT
By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion (e.g. Profiles, Personal Space, Public Space)[For commercial rights see below]A complex Commission will incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of WorkAll prices stated in the Carrd are as a guide only and may not represent the final price of a particular Commission.REFUND
A refund can be asked if no sketch has been sent in 2 weeks after payment was made.TAT
If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.The Artist, to the best of their ability, can give a general indication of how long the Commission will take to complete, and when the Client can expect to receive the finished product prior to the Start of Work.[Minimum of 2 weeks per work ]PUBLIC USE and COMMERCIAL USEThe Client may display the Commission in Profiles as long as the Artist’s name (Cyan Zet ) is prominently displayed along with @Cyanzet_ for social media accounts.If the client wants the commission for public use involving money income, must buy commercial use rights directly from the artist (+50% of the price per commission) . Even so, the artist retains the rights of using the artwork for promotion (in Carrd, social media, etc) with a proper watermark to respect the client's rights.QUALITY
The commissions will be provided to the Client via email or an online download location in .jpeg and .png format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .tif, etc.), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement.Files will be of highest resolution and include signed of the finished product
